Online Conference

WELCOME MESSAGE

We cordially invite you to join us for the XI National Meeting on Catalysis and Porous Materials (XI ENCMP) and the II Meeting of the Carbon Group (II RGC), jointly organized by the University of Aveiro, the Division of Catalysis and Porous Materials (DCMP), the Carbon Group (GC) and the Aveiro Delegation of the Portuguese Chemical Society (SPQ).

For the first time, the DCMP and GC communities are brought together, providing a splendid opportunity for scientists from the academia and industry to share and discuss scientific progress and to embark on interdisciplinary collaborations between catalysis science, chemistry, materials, energy, biology and other fields. This also provides a unique space for open communication with early-career researchers and students, which is important in shaping future interdisciplinary researchers.
The event will include a moment for elections of representatives of the DCMP and GC. We hope to meet you all at the XI ENCMP & II RGC.

    Solo Piano concert, Mariana Miguel

    Pianista
Mariana Miguel is a pianist, percussionist and multidisciplinary artist. She graduated in Music (Piano), in Universidade de Évora, where she also completed the master’s degree in Performance (Piano), with professor Ana Telles. She has developed and presented work where the piano takes a central role, in an experimental and improvisational language and in dialogue with other arts. She’s part of the creative percussion group CRASSH (WeTumTum) and takes an interest in interaction and collaboration with people, artists and audiences. She collaborates with Companhia de Música Teatral in projects such as Anatomy of the Piano (Pianoscópio), and the Porcelain and Crystal Gamelan, taking roles as a facilitator, performer and creative. She’s a research collaborator at LAMCI-CESEM in NOVA FCSH, and teaches at MUSA (Escola de Música de Aveiro).

    UA Jazz Orchestra

    Pianista
The University of Aveiro Jazz Orchestra is composed of students from the Music degree. The artistic direction will be the responsibility of Prof. João Martins.

Prémio Ramôa Ribeiro 2021 atribuído a Vânia Maria Amaro Calisto
